Are You This Patient?
When selecting a new doctor, consider the following:
Quality of Explanations: Compare dentist replies. Give preference to well-reasoned, detail-oriented, transparent explanations.
Experience & Qualifications: If a dentist has a practice listing, check their practice description,
special training, typical office procedures and before & after case photographs.
Other Patients' Freedback: If a dentist has reviews, read other patients' reviews. The more
reviews they have, the more likely it is that other patients' feeback is accurate.
Treatment Costs: Dental procedure costs vary from practice to practice and depend on a variety of factors.
Because quality of patient care and treatment results vary from practice to practice most dentists will not "price-match" treatment fees of others.

Dear Patient in Need of Dental Care,We are happy that you wrote seeking help with your mouth and your health. Many patients put off going to dentist in fear of the unknown, pain, or cost. We try to help all of our adult patients with these fears and make dentistry comfortable, comprehensive and affordable. This helps patients understand where they are today and how we can improve their dental health today, tomarrow and for many years to come. Dentistry can be expensive but we have partnered with some great companies that help fit dental costs into a patient''''''''s monthly budget. Your new patient experience will give us a complete look at where your dental health is today. It includes a periodontial screening which checks for gum disease, a full series of digital xrays, a 5 point examination, and digital photographs so we can show you any of our concerns. This visit takes us about 1 hour of your time and it allows us to create a comprehensive treatment plan and find a way to help you restore the health of your mouth and make you feel better about it. Please call the office at 312-654-0606 and ask for Tina to set up this visit.Looking forward to treating you soon,Dr. Jeffrey Weller
