Case Description
My teeth are in extremely bad shape I hate to admit, Ive gone with regular dental care for way too long unfortunately. I had a root canal done about a year ago on a molar, no crown was put in, the tooth was just filled with some cement I believe. The cement filling came out about 8 months ago and Ive never done anything about it and its causing pain again and the tooth is breaking more and more. I have two other molars that are broken and in need of root canals Im assuming. I have about 8 teeth that best I can tell have serious decay to them. It's gotten to the point that not only am I embarrassed to smile (which I never do anymore even in pictures) but it seems like everyime I open my mouth to eat or even brush my teeth something else happens. Im reduced to eating things like soups, and anything else that is soft and requires no chewing. Otherwise if I try to chew, either another piece of tooth breaks off or I feel more pain some where.
Im hoping to find someoene who will be patient in working with me. Im nervous about having the work done. I do not have insurance and on top of that I have terrible credit and can not get approved by creditcare or anything like that to help finance the work I need. Does anyone offer in office financing or payment plans? I make good money and can afford to make monthly payments of $500 a month if need be and would be willing to set up automatic bank drafts from my account each month. Not only do I want to fix the teeth that are causing the problems now, but I want to get my smile back completely. I know it will take time and work, and I refuse to let my teeth go neglected anymore once I can start getting the work done.

Are You This Patient?
When selecting a new doctor, consider the following:
Quality of Explanations: Compare dentist replies. Give preference to well-reasoned, detail-oriented, transparent explanations.
Experience & Qualifications: If a dentist has a practice listing, check their practice description,
special training, typical office procedures and before & after case photographs.
Other Patients' Freedback: If a dentist has reviews, read other patients' reviews. The more
reviews they have, the more likely it is that other patients' feeback is accurate.
Treatment Costs: Dental procedure costs vary from practice to practice and depend on a variety of factors.
Because quality of patient care and treatment results vary from practice to practice most dentists will not "price-match" treatment fees of others.

We''''ed be happy to see you to help with any oral surgery needs that you have. The place to start is with the general dentist. Once you have a comprehensive treatment plan, then we would see you to discuss the extractions in the treatment plan. I wouldn''''t want to extract teeth that the general dentist thinks should be saved for your overall retorative plan.Feel free to call my office to discuss a consultation after you have seen the general dentist. If only a few teeth need to be extracted we often can do the consultaion and extractions at the same appointment.

Brad,Our office can certainly help. We would be happy to give you an appointment for a consultation with Dr. Barry. We will work at a pace that fits your budget. You are wise to not delay any longer as your dental care will only get more costly and your options will become more limited. Just give our office a call and ask for Karen. She will gladly give you an appointment.
