Very satisfied with the doctor and the results. Everyone in the office is helpful and friendly. The work included root canal and crown with post. The doctor is very knowledgeable and experienced. I didn't have to go to a specialist with my root canal, although it was a difficult case - but Dr. Landers did everything himself and very well. It has been almost a month since my last appointment and I'm very happy with the work . I will definitely go back and refer people to him.

In searching for a new dentist close to downtown, I found Dr. Landers. As a Cubs fan I was attracted to his office after seeing that Ron Santo is also a patient.

Being under the care of Dr. Landers is definitely a partnership - he very much cares for his patients and does his very best to educate you and allow you to make the best and most economical decisions for your dental care. He takes his time to make sure everything is correct and is very much a perfectionist - he listens to his patients, asks them how they are feeling and gives them the information they need to have the best follow-up and preventative care. The office is very educated about insurance coverage and makes sure you know the cost of the procedures and care in preparation for each office visit.

Although the office offers cosmetic dentistry - their primary concern is your overall health and wellness. I never felt any pressure to have any cosmetic work done and Dr. Landers has even commented on how pretty my teeth are because he makes teeth for a living - who knew! Great office location, support staff and a dentist who truly cares about educating you and allowing you to make the best choices for your overall dental health.

About Hygienist: The Hygienist in the office is extremely nice, cares about how you are doing, and shares good tips on proper techniques to properly brush and flow and extremely through.

I picked Dr. Landers out a list of dentist in my area when I moved into the Loop and have never regretted it. He takes such pride in his work and goes to the extreme to make sure your teeth are the best they can be. I have pretty good teeth to start with, but the cosmetic suggestions he made on making my teeth even better where right on and continue to make me proud when I smile. I recommend his practice to anyone I know looking for a dentist.

I had moved to Chicago from the San Francisco area and was searching for a great dentist. I had a great dentist back home, so I was nervous about trying out a new one. I went to another dentist on Michigan ave. and felt like the doctor could care less about my teeth and how I felt. It was an extremely painful cleaning, he didn't even introduce himself so I don't know his name, and actually didn't even say anything to me except "I will see you in six months." I left his office and went straight to the internet to search for reviews of dentists, and I found this website and Dr. Landers. All the reviews are right on the ball! He is very pleasant, his staff is amazing, and everything was painless. Billing was easy and everything went smoothly in the office. Dr. Landers is a great listener and actually listened to what I had to say about my teeth. It was a great experience and I'm glad that I found a new dentist.

My experience with Dr. Landers was excellent. I had two wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Landers was a pro and the procedure was relatively painless. I would describe Dr. Landers as very professional, detailed, and no-nonsense. I hadn't gone to the dentist in 3 years and he wasn't afraid to lecture me for not taking care of my teeth/mouth. He outlined a detailed treatment plan for me which included a deep cleaning, cavity fillings, and wisdom teeth extractions. He explained to me why each of these procedures were necessary and I felt his recommendations were in the best interest of my dental health (and not to charge me $$). He's very thorough and straight with you. I would definitely recommend Dr. Landers for the best dental care.

Dr. Landers is excellent! I highly recommend him. He is a perfectionist (which is what you want) and loves what he does. He did a crown for me and it was actually a pleasant, pain-free experience. The crown is beautiful and looks better than the real tooth it replaced. I plan on having him do several veneers on my top teeth. All of his before and after photos are beautiful, and I have full confidence in him. I'll never go to another dentist again. Also, he has a very professional staff, which is comforting.

I've always been a little afraid of dentist, but Dr. Landers has such a great attitude that you feel relaxed. Unlike other dentists that just throw you in a chair and have their way with your mouth, Dr. Landers explains what he's going to do and makes sure that you understand. As for my implants...they look and feel just like my real teeth. It's so liberating to be able to eat all types of food again, but the best part is the smile. It's really improved my personal and professional life. When you're embarrassed to open your mouth, or get close to people, it's really hard to get your point across...and REALLY hard to be successful.

Dr. Landers is ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT at cosmetic dentistry!

I have always wanted to straighten my smile but was hesitant because other dentists have told me my options were either a mouthful of veneers or braces. Dr. Landers advised that not all smile makeovers required such extensive treatment and recommended instant orthodontics on two teeth. I am so impressed at how he was able to envision, and then dramatically transform my smile by using such a conservative approach. I love my new smile! My family, friends and colleagues are amazed by, and so complimentary of his work. He is truly one of the best cosmetic dentists in the country and is the only dentist I will trust my smile to.

He has the highest standards and pays extraordinary attention to detail. He wasn't satisfied with a veneer and sent it back. I was fine with the delay; in fact, I was impressed (and thankful) that he had my best interest in mind. That's the kind of dentist I want--one who will not settle for anything but perfect for his patients. His dental staff is incredibly caring and hilariously funny! Jill is amazing. She will go above and beyond to ensure that all of your scheduling, insurance, follow-up care, e-mails, etc. are taken care of.

I couldn't be happier with Dr. Landers' work! I visited three other dentists before choosing him to do my implant. Mine was not the easiest case - requiring braces to make space for an implant toward the front of my mouth. Dr. Landers thoroughly explained all of my options. Part of the reason I chose him was because of his extensive experience, perfectionism, and willingness to answer every single one of my questions - and I had many. He is so clearly at the top of his field and this truly put me at ease throughout the implant process. On top of everything, he's just a delightful person.

Also deserving praise is Dr. Landers' support staff. The office manager, Jill, goes out of her way to accommodate each patient's needs. All of the dental assistants are helpful and professional. I did a lot of online research on cosmetic dentists and everything kept pointing me toward Dr. Landers. I requested a consultation and was very quickly contacted regarding an appointment - always a great sign of superb customer service. At the consultation Dr. Landers asked ME what I wanted to do and what I was most concerned with regarding my smile. That's a first for me - everything has always been TOLD to me, not asked, so this was great! It would ensure that what I wanted to do would be done. Dr. Landers listened to my complaints about my teeth and made great suggestions about possible treatment options. He was extremely honest about all the procedures. He even mentioned that because the enamel on my teeth was so thin Zoom whitening may not work and veneers would be the other option. He wanted to try the Zoom whitening first though, since this would be the less expensive and less invasive option. I'm so glad he did! Not only did it work great, but it saved me a lot of money (and time)! Im sure no other dentist would have attempted the Zoom whitening first after looking at my teeth  they would have gone straight to the veneer option which would have put a pretty dent in my pockets. I would recommend Dr. Landers to anyone!

First, let me tell you that I had an AMAZING dentist as a child. Every dentist since then has caused me some trauma or issue. Until Dr. Landers.

I called Dr. Landers when I was in severe pain. His office staff gave me an appt right away!! Jill is an incredible asset to that office! My first visit they did complete x-rays, cleaning and exam. Dr. Landers went out of his way to explain the type of pain I was experiencing and the services (from root canal to fillings, etc) I might need. Turns out, my previous dentist completely botched my crown and created tons of dental problems for me to now correct.

All of this would be enough to recommend him. But, little did I know I was going to accept a job in CA right as Dr. Landers was starting my care. I was moving in three weeks! This did not phase anyone in the office. They pushed up my treatment schedule to resolve the most pressing problems (that pesky bad crown resulting in a root canal and two new crowns) and have my pain resolved before sending me off to my new life. Dr. Landers' exact words, "I want to make certain your pain is gone and this is done correctly." How do you not love that?!?

The pain is gone. There is nothing more to say! Thank you!!!!

Hello all!! I am writing this review b/c I have just had the BEST dental cleaning and exam I have ever had in my life! Dr. Landers is an extradordinary cosmetic dentist with a great professional manner about him. He is so passionate about dentistry, explaining not only the procedures, but also HOW they're effective!! His staff is also exceptional. If you can choose a hygienist, choose Tam. She is by far the most thorough and kindest hygienist I've ever had. She has the most gentle touch but at the same time is very thorough. She is also very intelligent and willing to work with patients. I have a bad back and cannot lay back quite so far, and with a smile, Tam had no complaints and worked so hard to keep me comfortable. With her and Dr. Landers in the office, it's no wonder the practice stays as busy as it is. The office receptionist, Jill is the best as well. She sees so many people a day and still remembers all of the little details in patients' lives. Feels very comforting.

If I had to recommend a dental practice- it would have to be this one!!!!

Dr. Landers is a phenomenal dentist, and if you are thinking of getting any treatment that requires his level of expertise, you absolutely have to see him. My teeth had been through many years of grinding and erosion, and they were in terrible shape. When I could afford the treatment, I made a list of the ten best dentists I could find and went to each one for a consultation. I knew that just getting a mouthful of new crowns wouldn't be good enough.

The general consensus was that I needed a full-mouth reconstruction, and this would be an extremely expensive procedure. Dr. Landers was the only dentist of the ten who could explain WHY my teeth had been grinding for so many years, and he developed a much more sensible treatment plan that did not involve a full-mouth reconstruction. That explanation alone was sufficient to earn my trust, but Dr. Landers took it a step or two further. Dr. Landers was the only one of the ten who clearly took ownership of the project: he wanted to rebuild my teeth because he knew he would do a fantastic job of it -- and he did. And lastly, Dr. Landers put the process within my financial reach. The result? Flawlessly beautiful teeth that have completely changed my self-image. I couldn't be happier.

I have been seeing Dr. Landers for about 4 years and he is by far the best dentist I have ever had! I have had a variety of services that include general cleaning, overlay, deep gum cleaning and Invisalign and my teeth and gums have never looked better or felt better.

When I was contemplating starting the Invisalign, he did not pressure me but did ensure I would have most of the treatment complete before my wedding!

I am so glad I decided to move forward with the treatment because he was true to his word and my smile looked fabulous for the wedding.

Dr. Landers is always learning the "next big thing" in the dentistry world and has the very latest technology.
