Dr. Malin is the best dentist I have had in 20 years. She is a great listener and has excellent char-side manners. My dentist appointment are not filled with anxiety since Dr. Malin's group makes me feel at ease and I know they have my best interest in keeping my teeth and oral health at it's very best.

I waited for this long to post a review, coz I wanted to make sure that the kind of service they provided first time persisted. And I am happy that it has. I have been there 5-6 times now and every time they meet my expectations. They do not double book which is one of the best things I like. They are hospitable and quite professional in their work. I accidentally discovered them on net and decided to try based on the excellent reviews posted. But I am glad, that I did. Overall, no hidden surprises.

I got lucky, by checking this website and not knowing what I was doing, other than perhaps looking for Drs schooled at good colleges and reviewed well, I lucked upon Dr Malin. She's is absolutely up to date on the most currently treatments, and is conservative in her approach to the work that needs to be done. I left feeling like I hit the jackpot, and considering the fact that I cry through my first appointments, this one as well, that's a lot to say. I feel like I'll have my teeth forever and they are in good hands.

I went for a free evaluation to see if Invisalign was a valid option for me. I was very skeptical at first and thought the the overwhelming positive reviews might be the product of the office staff. I now see that after the appointment, patients receive an email and are asked to rate the Doctor and her staff . I am pleased to say that the staff is every bit as good as their reviews. They are very affable and attentive. I was offered a new magazine and a cold bottle of water while I was waiting. Dr. Malin is very knowledgeable and gave me a complete and honest evaluation. She examined each tooth and the surrounding gum. An assistant took notes and entered them on a computer. After a thorough evaluation, she referred me to an orthodontist and recommended traditional braces.
About Hygienist: I decided to stay for a cleaning. The hygienist, Joanna, gave me the best cleaning I have every had while I looked up at lighted picture panels through the sunglasses she provided for me. She gave me a "Goody bag " containing an Oral B toothbrush, crest toothpaste and floss. After my cleaning, Alex handed me a print out of my insurance benefits and answered some questions. All the little extras add up to one very pleasant experience. I was very impressed. This is the "A Team!"Pat (Buffalo Grove)

Dr. Malin and her team are terrific. They practice conservative dentistry and never push you to procedures they don't think you need. She has recently added lasers to her practice, which I think is great. Her chair side manner is the best thing about her. She is warm and very concerned that you are comfortable and as pain free as possible. For children, she has a warm soft voice and reassuring manner.

Dr. Malin is very thoughtful and knows her patients well. My kids (11,9 and 5) love coming here. If they hear "dentist" they are always ready to go. They especially like the goodie bags of toothbrush and toothpaste :-) The whole staff are very friendly and accommodating, always have a smile to give. There are tons of dental clinics near my place but I would rather trek the extra mile for a great service.
