Teeth in an Hour
(added September 13, 2007)
A highly precise computer guided implant placement procedure. After the patient has a CT-Scan, the data forms a three dimentional model. The surgeon can place the implants virtually on the computer. This allows trying different types, lengths and sizes to determine what is best for the patient.
The file is e-mailed to Sweden. A week later the template is returned and an exact model of the patients mouth after surgery is made.
The final bridge is made on this very precise model. The day of the surgery the implants are place and the bridge is screwed onto the implants.
The entire process requires about an hour...thus "teeth in an hour."
